Co-ops are a major responsibility and require
a tremendous investment of time and energy, so we have to restrict this co-op to our group only. We may open it up in the future to other cross-line organizations.

No
One Is Left Behind
As a team honor code, we’re
committed not to lose any HOT leads to other network
marketing companies, business opportunities, or cross
line organizations. Sometimes this can happen when
the commitment to follow-up is relaxed. We are constantly
concerned about quality follow-up. We have discovered
that many distributors will sign up with other opportunities
or downlines for the following reasons.
Six
Top Reasons Distributors Are Lost In Ad Co-ops:

Follow-up is delayed and prospects seek other
opportunities or uplines
· Follow-up is unenthusiastic,
un-postured, or inappropriate is some way
· Prospects do not sense the
commitment from the distributor contacting them
· Prospects are upline shopping
and see a better upline leader elsewhere
· Prospects have already been
in touch with another company or distributor they
can relate to and have made a commitment to work with
them
· #1 Reasons prospects reply
multiple times to the same ad and are thus passed
out multiple times to different legs or organizations,
and someone else gets to them first
WE
HAVE THE CURE
All successful business coaches will
agree with this principle but Jay Abraham says it
best, “I don’t let any of my clients fall
in love with their businesses, products, service,
or industry. I have them fall in love with their customer
or client.”
Your job is to provide the best service
and support to your prospects who will become your
distributors. These distributors will become TOP distributors
if you support them from the beginning. By showing
genuine unconditional love and support to your prospects,
customers, and distributors, the rest of your business
will take care of itself. One way to start this relationship
right is by making sure you get these prospects sponsored
as quickly as possible.
TOO
MANY PROSPECTS
Here in lies the challenge. Most advertising
co-ops allow for TOO MANY new prospects to fall through
the cracks. Its understandable that most network marketers
are part timers and thus can not dedicate full-time
effort to prospecting and recruiting. We do not fault
anyone for that. However, new prospects tend to get
lost in the hustle and brushed under the rug before
they’re given a chance to blossom and grow.
Heaven knows how many people I’ve let fall through
the cracks during my career. With this plan, I’m
even plugging my own leaks.
OUR
PLAN
We’ve
developed a very aggressive plan to assist our distributors
in developing an extremely pro-active customer service
attitude towards their new contacts. This plan involves
a TEAMmvp approach to follow-up and provides some
tremendous advantages to you, while at the same time
creating a few disadvantages that may be frustrating.
We’re committed to EVERY new
customer and distributor prospect. We do not want
to miss even ONE hot distributor because of lack of
proper follow-up or support. Therefore, we’re
enacting the following Leads Follow-UP Standards to
assure success.
PRINCIPLE
#1: YOU CAN’T WIN THEM ALL… BUT YOU CAN
TRY!
First
we must all accept this simple fact… “In
a MASS MOMENTUM sponsoring plan, sometimes a lead
that is assigned to you will be sponsored into someone
else’s organization.” There
are a number of reasons this can happen. Most of the
time it can be avoided by you, once in a while it
can not be helped. How does this happen?

A
lead may have responded to multiple promotions and
is now already signed up with the person who contacted
them first, or is in the process (in which case one
should back off and allow the sponsorship to take
place). If this happens, just let the person passing
leads know and they’ll pass the info up the
line and replace the lead. No need to get upset. Our
policy is to pass the lead no matter how many times
they’ve responded. Many leads will already be
distributors who were just curious about an ad they
saw or wanted to know what the autoresponder messages
say. I’m guilty of responding to just about
everything, even if I’m already a part of the
program.

Its
also possible that the person passing the lead has
made a mistake and forgot that they passed this hot
lead to another distributor previously. This happens
all the time. In a mass momentum program, it can not
be helped. We do not have time to cross-reference
every lead with every upline database. We must all
learn to deal with this and not be upset about it.
·
Sometimes
a lead will be in contact with a distributor that
they just don’t feel a connection with: no rapport,
no synergy, no common ground. So they decide to go
“shopping” for another upline. Although
we do not encourage this, we also can not prevent
it. A top leader will not sign up under just anyone.
You must gain the confidence to approach people in
a way that says “my organization will be the
best place for you” while at the same time saying
“I will not put up with those who are wishy
washy about their commitment to upline and downline.
Integrity is more important that sponsoring any one
distributor.” Allow people to go where they
will go. I’ve lost many distributors in my career
and feel no regrets over what I could have done better
to attract them to my group. As I’ve gained
confidence and knowledge, I’ve been able to
sponsor and retain a higher percentage of contacts.
In any case, there will be times you
have to give up a prospect that you were hopeful would
join under you. This trend will continue to increase
and the leads increase.
So
is there a positive side to this?
The answer is a resounding “YES!”
The reason we’re preparing distributors
for the WORST is because we’re preparing you
for the BEST MOMENTUM LEADS RUN ever! In the past,
we would hold back hot leads to try to cross check
them with our databases to see if we had passed the
lead before, or if they were already a distributor.
We have so many leads coming in at once now that we’ve
decided to just start passing the leads as they come.
This gives everyone more leads and FRESHER leads and,
most importantly, allows us to serve the prospect
to the level we have committed to as XANGOmvp member.
DOWNSIDE
ISN’T SO BAD
The downside of this system, of course,
is that we do not know if these are legitimate leads
or not. We don’t mind if you let us know if
a lead didn’t work out. As a matter of fact,
we would like you to keep accurate records on all
leads. But what we don’t want is someone making
a big deal about losing a lead to someone else or
complaining to their upline that we’re passing
bogus leads, recruiting your leads, or doing anything
underhanded. Again, we have no control over this system
if we’re referring the leads this way. Once
we open Pandora’s box, it can not be closed,
and the lead can not be stopped. So far everyone we’ve
talked to who knows anything about leads generation
has said, “GO FOR IT… come what may, we’re
ready for it!!” And, of course, we will make
sure we replace leads that are already taken by other
distributors. Eventually, we’ll generate a certain
percentage of “overage” to fairly compensate
distributors.
Our new “no lead scrutiny” policy means
MORE LEADS and BETTER LEADS sent FASTER! We all have
to deal with the insanity.
ANOTHER
LOG ON THE FIRE OF CONTROVERSY
If the above policies weren’t
enough to get your blood boiling, this will be. After
14 days, we reserve the right to re-pass the lead
that have been sent to you. This is not a judgment
on anyone or a punishment. We have no way of knowing
whether you’re following up effectively or not.
We will be recycling all leads, especially our own.
The only way someone is 100% safe is if they have
a distributor application on file at corporate. Otherwise,
they could be recycled and suddenly become someone
else’s new top leader.
Getting
Sign-Ups OUT of the Recycling System
If you sign up a new distributor,
you will be taught to simply pass the contact info
upline to daren@dcfalter.com with the words “new
distributor” in the subject line. In the body
of the email you will include the distributor’s
name, email, phone, and ID number. We can then attempt
to pull them out of the autoresponders and databases.
Be sure to stay in constant communication
with your upline so we know when you’re in town
and ready for leads, or if you’re out of town
and need to have your leads turned off for a week.
By staying in contact with your leads and your leaders,
you will not be disadvantaged in any way. This program
will only be a major boost to your business.

The Way… A WORD ABOUT GIFT LEADS
Anyone who gets a lead passed to them
as a gift from their upline should treat that lead
as a “$200 paid lead” and respond appropriately.
Gift leads may be pulled back and placed in other
areas of the downline if they are not sponsored within
the 10-14 day window. That’s just the way it
has to be. Its not a punishment, rather, it’s
a standard we all must adhere to as TEAMmvp members.
These people are in need of immediate attention from
someone who is available to give the necessary TLC.
This policy will always assure that you have fresh
new leads. If one falls through the cracks, someone
else will pick up the slack and profit from their
dilligence.
CO-OP
TRAINING
All ad co-op members will have the
opportunity to receive training on how to overcome
the above “How Distributors Are Lost”
concerns. You will learn how to avoid these unfortunate
conditions and retain as many hot leads and new sponsorships
as possible.
HOW IT WORKS…
All leads in the co-op are controlled
through one central source. All leads will be entered
into our database as they respond to different ads.
We will be emailing prospecting messages to this database
every 10-14 days. Once the leads are passed to you,
the clock starts ticking. You have 10-14 days to sponsor
new leads. If you can sponsor them within 24-48 hours,
you will not only get noticed by your upline team,
but you will get MORE leads and eventually be taught
how to run your own highly effective co-op for your
own downline.
At the end of the 10-14 day cycle,
we will mail to the same list again and pass the leads
that come through to different distributors, even
if they’ve responded before. That’s where
it can get highly competitive. If you’re prospecting
a new lead and all of a sudden, they are passed to
a new distributor, now they could be receiving contact
from TWO distributors. From our experience, this is
not common. In over 90% of the cases, the lead is
not being followed up on from the first contact, and
may even be neglected on the second.
We will continue to pass these leads
until a very proactive distributor contacts that lead
and gets them into the company and into the co-op
to duplicate this program. Those who consistently
fail to get to their leads will eventually be invited
to withdraw from the co-op and pursue other prospecting
channels (which are many). If we’re going to
establish a reputation for being the most supportive
upline, we must jump on these contacts like they are
all prodigal sons returning home to their families
after years away from home. People don’t care
how much you know about your company until they know
how much you care about them and their success in
this company.
DISCOUNTED
