 Our business
is a living,
breathing, growing, evolving, progressing entity
founded to empower and support people who want
to improve. Success in life is not an event
or a destination, but a journey of many miles.
Our continual progress in the "right"
direction is far more important than our current
accomplishments, failures, and immediate life circumstances. Allow us to provide
guidance and support along the path to your
destiny. Everyone has the God given right to
be happy and prosperous. Moving in the "right" direction can bring joy and fulfillment into
your life and the lives of those you influence. Let's start and continue moving in the right direction together.
Our success principles:
We believe we
are all children of God, put on earth to be
tested and to learn the lessons that only mortality
can teach. Regardless of race, color, culture,
nationality, or any other differences, we're
all connected as brothers and sisters in this
way. By working together we can serve one another
and overcome any obstacle to our progress. Though
imperfect, we strive for refinement and we prepare
to reunite with our God.
We believe in
taking risks! We are entrepreneurs! We're willing
to step up to the challenge, step out of our
comfort zone, and step over the obstacles that
present themselves. There are no guarantees
of success in life, only opportunities for success.
We believe that
EVERYONE must experience the benefits of owning
their own business, being their own boss, building
equity in themselves and not in another corporation
or government agency. As business owners, we're
put in a position to learn many critically important
lessons of life that we would not otherwise
learn. We're also put in a position to more
effectively bless the lives of others.
We believe network marketing is the single most powerful way for ordinary individuals to achieve extraordinary success in home-based business. When examining risk verses reward potential, no other business start-up strategy comes close. It is our mission to educate the world on this truth.
We believe in learning from mistakes and failures. Failure
is our friend, and we embrace it as a success tool. We believe in failing
often and failing BIG. Fear of failure causes
doubt and indecision, it can stifle progress.
We will fail often, learn much, and grow fast. We will
improve, forgive, and seek forgiveness. We succeed
more because we are willing to fail more. Failure is the foundation of success.
Furthermore, any previous network marketing business failures are not a waste, but can actually become an advantage in our current and future business. By applying the experience, knowledge, and strategies learned from the previous failure to our next opportunity, we quickly make up for lost time, and in most cases, even double and triple our results in half the time. The only way to fail in network marketing is to quit.
We believe
in preparing for, and then capitalizing on proper
market timing and business trends. We teach
the principle of leveraging success by taking
massive action at the right moment. Failure
to act can results in missed opportunity. Massive
action at the right moment will generate wealth
and abundance.
We believe in finding mentors and in mentoring others. Mentorship is one eternal cycle. Those who are mentored to success by others pay their debt by mentoring others, and so on. This kind of training and support can not be found in traditional schools and businesses. Generally these relationships can only be found through diligently seeking them. DC Falter Marketing is your source for finding mentorship and finding people to mentor.
We believe in dynamic partnerships. When people combine talents, experience, and relationships, powerful synergy is created. People do not succeed on their own. People succeed in teams. Through partnering with people who compliment our weaknesses and need our strengths to grow, we all achieve new levels of success together.
We believe
that network marketers should
ultimately be in control of their downline distributor
networks. Independent distributors have access
to all of the legal rights and protection that
their parent companies have, even though they
may not have the same legal staff or resources. Independent
distributors should be treated like co-owners
with their respective companies. Distributors
should have the ability to approve of or reject
new policies that directly affect their business.
If a parent company does not respect this relationship,
distributors not only have the right to terminate
their independent distributor contract, but they
(or we) have the right to substantial compensation.
Companies that take drastic actions without
considering the impact those actions will have on their key distributors
are not worthy or our long term commitment.
Gone are the days
that network marketing companies
"own and control" their distributors
and their downlines. Don't ever let
a network marketing company try to treat you
like an employee. Don't ever let a company think
they can control your actions and your distributors
actions based on your signature on your distributor
application. Relationships will always win out
over contracts, no matter how specific and
controlling the language of the contract. Companies
that do not operate like "vendors"
for their distributors and conduct their business
accordingly will ultimately self destruct. But
distributor downlines and networks live
on, bound by team pride and personal relationships forged in adversity.
Your downline is
your permanent sales organization,
as long as you have created a solid relationship with
them, treat them right, and offer them VALUE. Be true to your team. Honor them and recognize them for the incredible beings that they are, but don't control them. Set them free and see what they are capable of.
We believe in teaching families how to better provide for themselves and others by establishing a successful network marketing distributorship. The residual income provided through this business can generate more time freedom and financial means to, both individually and collectively, fulfill even greater purpose in life. We believe in frugality at any level and living within your means. We believe in investing financially in the future and building reserves for current and future generations.
We believe in continual education, training, and self improvement. Leaders are readers. Leaders read and listen to self mastery material on a daily basis. We invest not in tension relieving activities, but goal achieving activities. We never stop learning.
